The property is very well designed, allowing visitors to experience the beautiful vista from several outdoor seating areas, perfect for al fresco dining, and from the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom is a must see with high vaulted ceilings, spacious en suite and incredible views to match.
A well-appointed chef kitchen links to the dining space via a bar countertop creating the perfect social space. There is a private pool in the tropical gardens with a variety of shaded areas to relax and unwind.
This spacious property has exceptional character and would make a perfect getaway for a family, or 2-3 couples looking for peace and tranquility.
Just a short 5 minute drive to the nearest Restaurants, Bars, and Supermarket, and only a 10 minute drive to heart of Grace Bay and all it has to offer.
The property is only a short drive from several beautiful beaches and is equipped with portable beach chairs and umbrellas. Babalua beach (sometimes referred to as Blue Mountain Beach), is the closest to the Villa and is only 4 minutes by car. Part of the Princess Alexandra National park, Babalua comprises 3000 feet of white sand bordered by stunning north shore sea cliffs. The beach has only one public access, which is found by following Cherokee Road from Leeward Highway.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
