For larger groups of family and friends, TKCA is also responsible for the fantastic, adjoining family-oriented Byculla Villa, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a swimming pool and accommodation for up to 11 guests.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $75.00/day (seventy-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

The Moringa Villa was everything you could imagine plus more! I visited with a group of 9 girls and we had an amazing time. The concierge was incredibly helpful from the day of booking and up to the time of our departure. We arranged to have the house prestocked with groceries and TKCA helped us book an amazing private chef.
The house itself is immaculate. There were so many different areas for people to spread out and lounge around. It's also perfect for outdoor activities for large groups and families. |
