In this split-level floor plan, downstairs you will find one en-suite master bedroom and powder room, and upstairs there are an additional two en-suite bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. The kitchen includes all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops with an open plan living / dining room that looks over the plunge pool and canal.
Blue Haven Resort & Marina is situated opposite the property where you can avail of all the wonderful watersports offerings that the destination has to offer.
Life in the Turks & Caicos is all about being on the water, standup paddleboards and kayaks are available complimentary for guests to enjoy.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
