The villas are designed to blend in with the surrounding white sand beaches and glistening ankle deep turquoise water.

    Brise de Mer offers a combination of exclusive luxury, privacy and provides breath-taking views across the unspoilt south banks.

    LOCATION:
    Picturesque Long Bay Beach was named top 10 best island beaches by Conde' Naste for good reason. It’s the perfect location to escape and unwind or to enjoy Watersports such as Kiteboarding, Kayaking and Sailing. Walk 15 minutes along the beach to The Shore Club to enjoy their bars and fine dining restaurant.

    Just over 2 miles from Grace Bay, you are moments from all it has to offer, including luxury fine dining restaurants, bars and shops. Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, 2.5 miles away. Or alternatively take an afternoon or evening to stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, 4 miles away. Plan on an 8-mile drive to the property from the island’s International Airport.

    DETAILS:
    The 2-bed (Guest Villa) can be occupied independently from to 4-Bed (Main Vila) or combined to create a magnificent 6-bedroom Villa. Each villa features its own private terrace and swimming pool which can be seamlessly transformed into a common outdoor space for larger parties. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV, luxury bed linens, terry beach towels and toiletries.

    The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $30.00/day (thirty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

      Windchaser Villas are the epitome of Caribbean living, blending understated luxury with fantastic facilities and a beautiful location.

      The development is comprised of 10 properties of which 3 are part of our vacation rental program and all other properties are private residences.

      Bora Villa is a modern 2-bedroom property in the development with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.

      In addition, the guest has access to the shared tennis court in the development.

      All villas have air-conditioning throughout, including the four beautiful bedrooms.

    It really is a villa in paradise right on a beautiful beach. Villa is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Service was excellent and very fast whenever we needed help. Anne was super helpful and responsive.

    I suggest to add a sofa bed instead of an air mattress since Villa is certainly big enough to accommodate a family of five. The jet skis and kite surfers that sometimes come every near to where swimmers swim is sometimes disturbing and concerning.
