This 2-bedroom dwelling has amazing amenities and advantages of the other villas on the development, as well as two studios, all with their own swimming pools. It offers a variety of indoor and outdoor dining areas, a complete kitchen and a stunning infinity pool.
From the 2-bedroom pavilion, guests step outside to access the dining and living area, which is all open space.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $30.00/day (thirty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my family of four (2 adult kids, my wife and I). Perfection describes this property! We’ve rented a stayed all acrothe Caribbean and this was our favorite! View is so good, you barely notice that you’re not one of the ocean front units. Staff cleaned the pool daily and were quick to respond to our needs. We rented a jeep, but barely wanted to leave the villa. One calm afternoon, we walked the 3-400 yards out to Captain Oakes tiki bar, waste deep in the soft sand a crystal water, for some afternoon drinks and fun. We will be back!
