The open-plan living and dining areas blend seamlessly with the kitchen to create an airy space that leads through bi-fold glass doors onto the pool patio. Bismark palms surround the private pool. The shady waterfront gazebo and dock offer a comfortable place to relax. It's the perfect spot to feel the cool breeze and hear the soft sounds of the water. Grab the double kayak or paddle boards and glide out onto the quiet canal. Take some time and explore Leeward's interior canal system. Look down into the clear water and you'll surely see a turtle or two!
The villa features two master bedrooms with views of the pool. Each bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with floating dual sink vanity and walk-in shower with dual rain showerheads. One master bedroom offers a private and enclosed outdoor shower and tub, while the other has a private and enclosed outdoor shower. At the front of the villa are two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers with rain showerheads.
All four bedrooms, and the entire villa, benefit from ceiling fans and central air-conditioning throughout.
Don’t worry about staying connected and entertained. There’s fast Wi-Fi, a 65-inch flat-screen television, a stereo system, and a complimentary island cell phone to use for local calls during your stay.
The kitchen features integrated GE Monogram appliances, white quartz countertops, and everything needed to create anything from a simple breakfast to a full-course dinner.
LOCATION
When you decide to venture out, the rest of the island with its scenic and historic interests is within a short drive. The spectacular Leeward Beach is just 4 minutes away, while the famous Grace Bay Beach and main tourism district is 7 minutes by car. In 20 minutes, you could be at the stunning in-land lagoon at Chalk Sound National Park. At the end of your stay, it only takes 18 minutes to return to the Providenciales International Airport.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

the cutest airbnb! so spacious for the amount of people. everything was decorated so nicely, the pool/lounge area was so nice, loved that there was a gate and it made us feel safe, when we arrived it was so clean, and I loved that the concierge servisee more

Our stay at Villa Khaya exceeded all expectations! The Villa is absolutely stunning and it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay: serene and private setting, amazing bathroom retreats, a luxurious well-stocked kitchen, a picturesque outdosee more
Our stay at Villa Khaya exceeded all expectations! The Villa is absolutely stunning and it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay: serene and private setting, amazing bathroom retreats, a luxurious well-stocked kitchen, a picturesque outdoor area including a pool, huge palm trees and a covered gazebo, along with a kayak & paddle boards to explore the canal. The location was also perfect. It is very close to Grace Bay beach, Blue Haven Marina (jet skis, boat tours, water taxi to Noah’s Ark), shopping and restaurants. TKCA staff were very professional and friendly. They were quick to answer any and all questions or assist with transportation, etc. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the Villa and all that Turks & Caicos has to offer. We highly recommend staying at Villa Khaya and we also recommend TKCA Vacation Rental.

Our only minor drawback was the intermittent WiFi on the occasional times we watched television—during the NBA Playoffs. It would be nice if the home offered a basic cable to watch local news updates, sports, etc. A few things didn’t work properly bsee more

It would be nice if the home offered a basic cable to watch local news updates, sports, etc. A few things didn’t work properly but it wasn’t a big deal: fan at cooktop, master bathroom fan in toilet area, and kitchen sink drained slowly unless you continuously turned on the garbage disposal. The pool light stopped working and a few lights in one of the master bathrooms burned out and need to be replaced. These are minor and definitely did not ruin our experience.

Villa Khaya is absolutely beautiful. The pics just don’t do it justice. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfect for a small group. The management team was very responsive to our needs and extremely helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Comfy beds, open layout for entertainment… just a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly enjoyed my stay at Villa Khaya! The house was even more incredible than the photos showed! Truly a relaxing and amazing experience! Incredible views and a safe neighborhood! We had all we needed and the management staff was more than willing to help us with anything we requested! We will definitely be back! The villa was beyond an island dream! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and elegant! It’s definitely a picture out of a magazine and would love to return!
